How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at INFOSANTASTEASURES@GMAIL.COM with your ORDER NUMBER and the reason for your return.
Your item must be:

Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, all returns must be sent to the supplier, not to LYNX. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS and instructions on how to send your item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us IMMEDIATELY at INFOSANTASTEASURES@GMAIL.COM. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once the supplier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be issued to your ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD within 10 BUSINESS DAYS. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item to the supplier and then place a new order for the replacement.
